Governor Abbott recently announced that he was issuing an essential services-only order until April 30th and schools are remaining closed until May 4th.

The HOA Office will remain closed to walk-in traffic through April 30th. We ask that residents please make an appointment before coming to the office. The majority of Association business can be conducted online or over the phone. These actions are not taken lightly. However, we feel that it is in the best interest of the Canyon Gate at the Brazos residents and Management.  To schedule an appointment please contact Kristen Kozik, General Manager at 281-341-7349 or cangateb@ciramail.com. 

The Rec Center will remain closed and we are not scheduling any clubhouse rentals for April. Previously scheduled rentals for May are not affected at this time but we will continue to monitor the situation.

The Fitness Center will remain closed through April 30th. 

The Pool would normally open in May. This opening will be reassessed in the light of what is happening later in this month.

We are investigating online meeting options for the April meeting and will announce that once we have the details worked out.  

Please continue to monitor our website and emails for additional information and updates to our operations. Hopefully we will have a better idea of how efforts are proceeding and how the City, County and State authorities are managing the issue.

We appreciate your patience during this time and your understanding of the measures we are taking. We all hope to be a part of the positive and proactive solution to the COVID-19 problem. We all need to help do our part as a community to reduce the spread of the virus by washing our hands often and staying away from large crowds.
